The battery box needs completion. I need to finish this with the lower fender mount so there is no interference. Chain tension wheel need to be completed and mounted. Headlight mount needs completion. I figured out the pipe mounts under the motor and have one side done. The front pipe mounts need to be fabricated. Seat mounting is required. Brake rod and pedal need to be fabricated. That's all I can think of for the moment.

Fender Mount
Here is a close-up of the fender mount bracket. You can see the piece welded into the frame and supporting the fender in the electrical pictures. I elected to install this above the frame cross bar so it wouldn't interfere with the electrical pan. I will be doing a tech. on fender mounting for the website. This is the first fender mount followed by the rear supports then the bottom mount.
Wiring Layout
Here is the wiring tucked away under the seat on a removable aluminum pan. Wiring is by circuit protected by a 30 amp amp breaker and a 15 amp lights breaker. The signal lights flasher is also mounted on this pan. Signal lights are necessary to get the bike registered and make up the bulk of the wiring. The boyer will be mounted above the coils under that gas tank.

Progress - Send Money
Progress: Rear wheel and chain alignment, brake stop fab, oil filter mounted, battery mount designed and some brackets made, chain guard fab, oil tank mounting fab, pipe ends fab, chain roller fab, checking for fit on all parts - just a few missing parts to find. (the blue you see on brackets is machinist's dye for markup and the speed holes will gain you at least a mile or two on the speedo ). Still not sure on the seat - mounting and the look.
